Ways of delivery

All deliveries within Greece are made daily from 8:30 to 17:00 at the location of your choice.

We have the following options for the delivery of our products:

• Orders with a total weight of no more than 15 Kg are being delivered by our preferred courier service ELTA, Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS Courier
• Heavy & big sized items are being delivered by transportation companies
• Store pickup - You can collect your products from our store. Prior arrangements must be made regarding the date and time of the collection

Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days

Delivery charges for Greece

Delivery charges are determined by the total weight of your order. The charges are as follows:

• Orders with total weight of 3 Kg or less - Charge 3€
• Orders with total weight of more than 3 Kg - Charge 1€/Kg

Please note that there is an extra added cost of 3€, for handling fees, when you pay by Cash On Delivery.

Pay-pal payments include an extra added cost of 3.4% on the order total plus a fixed charge of 0.35€ per transaction for Pay-pal fees.

Delivery charges for Cyprus

Delivery charges are determined by the total weight of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Cash On Delivery payment option for Cyprus orders

Payment options for Cyprus are:

• Credit - Debit card
• Bank transfer
• Pay-pal

Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days depending on the Shipping method.

The available ways of shipping are

• Courier
• First Class Mail
• Cargo or Freight (for heavy items)

Shipping cost of your order is available during Checkout and before finalizing your order.

There are some restrictions(mainly weight limits) depending on the method of shipping. If there is no available method of shipping except 'Pick up from store', please contact us for pricing and alternate methods of shipping.

Returns policy & Cancelled orders

Our returns policy is real simple. Products can be returned within 7 days from purchase. The package must be not opened, products must be not used and in their original packaging and condition in order to accept the Return. Refunding is done by using the Payment method selected during purchase, except if you prefer a different method. Refunding and shipping charges for Returns are paid by the customer.

International Orders

International orders are shipped with Courier service.

For some countries there is a shipping option via First Class Mail.

If there is no available shipping option for your order or your country, except for the 'Pick up from store' option, please Contact Us through e-mail for pricing and shipping options.

Terms and restrictions apply, depending on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. Some countries impose weight and size limits on Courier and Mail parcels. Shipping via Freight, Cargo and Spedition is possible and recommended in some cases.

If you are unable to choose a shipping option different than 'Pick up from store', then email us to find the best way to ship your order.
