GBG Chocolady 10 lt - Hot drink dispenser
The Chocolady made by GBG is designed to heat and stir not only chocolate but also tea ,warm wine ,milk ,coffee etc. It uses the professional method of bain-marie to produce the hot chocolate thus giving a smooth and tasty result.

The process of Bain Marie prevents our product for overheating ass we avoid immediate contact from the source to the canister using the water in between to channel the heat.With the Chocolady you are able to offer an exceptional product to your customers .
A recipe by Barista shop
Fill the boiler with water. Turn on the chocolate maker and pour in 9 litters of milk (3,5% fat)When it reaches a temp of 40 C we add chocolate (powder) in 2 or 3 doses of a total 1000gr(We don’t pour 1000gr at once to avoid clotting).Also add 500gr of sugar in 2-3 doses .Once the process has been completed taste and make adjustments if necessary. After its ready turn down the heat to a wanted point and u are done.
All equipment that processes milk must be thoroughly cleaned after every use .
