The Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder satisfies even the most demanding home baristas as well as cafes with low consumption. Equipped with 55mm flat burrs, it is especially recommended for espresso, but it also offers coarser grinding for filter coffee (Brew). It also features an easy burr cleaning system, as the burrs can be removed and cleaned without losing the grind setting, since the adjustment is made on the lower burr. It has stepless micrometric grind adjustment and silent technology for quiet grinding. Additionally, it features a touch screen with 2 programmable doses and 1 manual mode.
