The Eureka Mignon Manuale grinder satisfies even the most demanding home baristas. Featuring 50mm flat burrs, it is specifically recommended for espresso, but it also offers coarser grinding for filter coffee (Brew). It also includes an easy burr cleaning system, as the burrs can be opened and cleaned without losing the grind setting, since the adjustment is made on the lower burr. It features stepless micrometric grind adjustment with no stop points and Silent Technology for quiet grinding. Operation is very simple: by pressing the button with the portafilter, grinding starts, and stops when the portafilter is removed.
