IMS Competition Shower E61 Matrix 60mm
The E61 MATRIX® group shower screen is made of 316L stainless steel. It consists of 50 layers of microspheres, creating tens of thousands of pathways as narrow as 4–5 microns. This allows for a homogeneous distribution of water over the coffee bed.
Its fine structure causes a pressure drop at the final stage before the water meets the coffee. The internal pressure within the screen leads to the release of nano-bubbles of steam and CO₂, resulting in a richer and more stable crema.
The screen's construction also helps reduce the backflow of coffee particles, keeping both the screen and the group head cleaner.
Compatible with espresso machines featuring an E61 group head.
